Pesto is the besto. :D

Creamy Spinach Avocado and Walnut Pesto, Veggie burger, + Baked Potato.
The whole dinner plate. 
Pesto in the blender.
Creamy Spinach Avocado & Walnut Pesto: (makes about 8 oz)
  • 2.5 cups of fresh spinach
  • half of an avocado
  • 2 handfuls of chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/3 C of milk
  • A sprinkle of Italian Seasoning, oregano, salt, & garlic powder.
  • 2 slices of tomato, cubed (optional)
Add all to the blender or food processor except tomatoes and cube them and add to the top of whatever you’re putting the lovely pesto on!
